Welcome to kiss988. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you", or "your") and kiss988 (hereinafter referred to as "kiss988", "the Platform", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the kiss988 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services available at https://kiss988.cam.

By accessing the kiss988 platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you represent, warrant, and agree that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without modification or exception.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the kiss988 platform and close your account if one has been registered. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the kiss988 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kiss988 does not permit gambling by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the minimum legal gambling age in any given jurisdiction. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any corporate entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on kiss988. Only one account per person, per household, and per IP address is permitted.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the kiss988 Platform for any reason.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of kiss988, or an immediate family member of any such person.

4.1 Registration

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not use false identities, aliases, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration or ongoing account management process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kiss988 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify kiss988 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Before any withdrawal request may be processed, kiss988 requires completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A copy of a government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or bank account showing your name)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by our compliance team

kiss988 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to delay or suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification has been completed to our satisfaction. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is strictly permitted to hold only one registered Account on kiss988. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, kiss988 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and withhold any amounts deposited under fraudulent circumstances pending investigation.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kiss988 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost Wallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank), direct bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change at the discretion of kiss988.

5.2 Deposit Requirements

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including those of family members or friends — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method. Specific limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of payment confirmation.

5.3 Currency

The primary Account currency on kiss988 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, transactions, wagers, and bonus values are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated. kiss988 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. For cryptocurrency deposits, the equivalent MYR value is calculated at the time of transaction confirmation.

5.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit identified as fraudulent, made using stolen financial credentials, or subject to a chargeback or payment reversal will result in the immediate suspension of the associated Account and forfeiture of all funds and winnings derived from such deposits. kiss988 cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement in the investigation of payment fraud.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by kiss988 subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation or bonus wagering requirement. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. kiss988 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.

Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes only and are not guaranteed. kiss988 shall not be liable for delays caused by banking institutions, payment processors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

kiss988 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Where a Player has claimed a bonus and has not completed the applicable wagering requirement, the withdrawal request may be declined or modified to exclude the bonus component until rollover conditions are met.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page within your Account dashboard. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed. Withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may also apply and are subject to change at kiss988's discretion.

kiss988 offers a range of promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral programmes to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, which are communicated at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all kiss988 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Typical wagering multipliers range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion. Players must complete the full wagering requirement within the stated bonus validity window.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet limit applies, typically MYR 250 to MYR 500 per round or wager. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live table games, Baccarat, and Roulette typically contribute 10%–20%. Certain game categories may contribute 0% and are excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus carries an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses not wagered within the validity window will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Players should review and complete any active bonus before claiming a new promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: kiss988 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any winnings, and suspend any Account where it determines, in its sole discretion, that bonus abuse, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or system exploitation has occurred.

8.1 Placement of Wagers

All bets and wagers placed through kiss988 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirming. kiss988 shall not be responsible for errors made by the Player in the placement of a wager.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or market listing. kiss988 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

8.3 Void Bets

A wager may be declared void by kiss988 in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical errors in odds or pricing, data feed failures, cancellation of the relevant sporting event, or where the outcome of a bet has been affected by irregular activity. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account.

8.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are governed by the specific rules of each sport and event as applied by kiss988. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports wager, kiss988's decision, made in good faith with reference to available official data, shall be final.

8.5 Mix Parlay

Mix Parlay (combination) bets require all selections to win for the full parlay dividend to be paid. Should any single selection within a Mix Parlay be voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding the void selection. Specific Mix Parlay rules are displayed within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kiss988 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play with other Players to exploit bonus offers or betting markets
• Exploiting known software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation are considered void
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or defaming kiss988 staff or other Platform users
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised in writing by kiss988

kiss988 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral of the matter to relevant legal or regulatory authorities.

kiss988 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all Players. We recognise that, for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following tools and resources are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period as specified in the Platform settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a cap on the amount they are permitted to lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of a single gaming session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not authorise you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, adapt, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform Content; use Platform Content for commercial purposes; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.

The kiss988 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of kiss988. Unauthorised use of any kiss988 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kiss988 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

kiss988's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kiss988 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. kiss988 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kiss988's liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

kiss988 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

All data transmitted between your device and the kiss988 Platform is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. kiss988 maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

14.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting kiss988 support. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and the absence of any ongoing investigation.

14.2 Suspension or Closure by kiss988

kiss988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or inaccurate information at registration or during KYC
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or court order directing suspension

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, kiss988 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part as appropriate.

kiss988 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the kiss988 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

For material changes — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — kiss988 will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence under which kiss988 operates. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and kiss988, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek resolution. kiss988 is committed to addressing all legitimate player complaints promptly and fairly.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under our applicable licensing framework.
